Welcome to The Essentialist Method (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, digital content, physical products, and all associated services. By accessing or using our site and offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.  Use of Our Site and Services

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use our content or services. By using our site, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to use our content and services lawfully.

2.  Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships

All digital courses, programs, meditations, and memberships are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce content without express written consent from The Essentialist Method. Access to digital content may be time-limited and is subject to program-specific terms. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion if misuse or violation of these terms is detected.

3.  Physical Products

We offer wellness-related physical goods, such as body care tools. Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.

4.  Fulfillment Policy – Refunds and Returns

All sales of digital programs, courses, and memberships are final and non-refundable, due to the instant nature of delivery and the high-touch transformational design.

Payment plans are legally binding agreements. By enrolling in a payment plan (e.g., 3 monthly payments of $395), you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of your level of participation. Your payment method will be automatically debited for each installment until the full balance is paid.

Failure to complete payment may result in the immediate revocation of access to course materials, community platforms, and all digital content. In cases of payment failure or unauthorized access, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of any outstanding payments and take legal action if necessary.

Protection of Content in Case of Nonpayment: All intellectual property—including course materials, rituals, frameworks, guides, and proprietary methods—remains the sole property of The Essentialist Method. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or storage of this content after failed or incomplete payment is considered unauthorized and may result in legal action for breach of contract and intellectual property theft.

For physical products, refunds or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase on unused, unopened items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

5.  Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, videos, graphics, product designs, and branding—is the intellectual property of The Essentialist Method and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or replication will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

6.  Health Disclaimer

The Essentialist Method is for educational purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your wellness routine. You accept full responsibility for your health decisions.

7.  Payment and Billing

We utilize third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for secure transactions. By enrolling, you authorize The Essentialist Method to charge your payment method for the full amount or agreed-upon installments. Payment plans will auto-debit monthly until the balance is fulfilled. You are responsible for keeping billing information up-to-date.

8.  Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate user access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of content.

9.  Third-Party Links and Tools

Our site may contain links or integrations with third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those entities.

10.  Limitation of Liability

The Essentialist Method is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

11.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Essentialist Method, its founder, and team from any claims arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12.  Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
